WEDDING CEREMONY & RECEPTION / MANSION / GARDEN SET-UP FEES:

CEREMONY ONLY

Grounds may be rented for ceremony only for 2 ½ hours, use of Bridal Suite, (1) hour, Rehearsal time prior to Ceremony, White wood padded chairs, Runner, Coordinator, Guest Book Table, Unity Table, Two plans in case of inclement weather and Coordinator.

COLD BEVERAGE STATION

Punch, iced tea and water @ $1.95 per guests ---     fruit tray (serves up to 40 guests) $42.95

Box breakfast for bridal party @ $5.95 per guest

(Includes fresh cut fruit, yogurt, juice box, choice of bagel or jumbo muffin, disposable flatware & napkin)

 

 

 

 

 


CEREMONY FEE (GARDEN OR MANSION) WITH RECEPTION

Event/Ceremony Coordinator, A Bridal Suite for use during the event, White wood padded chairs, Gift Table,  Guest Book Table, Unity Table, Runner, Two plans in place, (1) hour rehearsal time prior to ceremony. A & B plan.

RECEPTION / MANSION RENTAL SET-UP FEES(5 ½ HOURS)

Head Table Skirted, Linen Table Clothes & Napkins,(18) color choices of napkins, china, stemware, Memory Table if needed, 2 plans in case of inclement weather, Coordinator for entire event, Use of Garden & Mansion, Set-up of favors, guest book, place card table. A & B plan.

MENUS

 The Bennett-Curtis House offers a variety of menus, and styles of service.  We pride ourselves on being able to customize your menu if you so desire.  We offer three service styles 1) Plated Dinner, 2) Family Style, and 3) Food Stations: each has a wide selection for menu choices.  Please review the menus, if you have any questions or would like us to create a special menu, please contact us.  We   can set-up a consultation to review your plans and ideas.

Packages – Please note all the packages include the ceremony, set-up fee, tax and gratuity in the price.  You don’t have to add it to the total.

Q.                  Do we have to use your services (DJ, Florist, etc.)?

A.                  No you may hire your own.  However you do need to use our Catering and Beverage service.

A.                We write an A plan and a B plan.

Q.                Do we need a beverage package with food station layout?

A.                Yes – The beverage station is for 1 ½ hours during the food service only.

Q.                Are your services available off premises?

A.         Yes. We can cater your event at your chosen site, from food to complete set-up including chairs,    tables, linens, china and more.  We deliver Ice Sculptures and Butterflies up to a 60-mile radius.  You may also order your invitations, Tuxedos, Rental Bridesmaids Gowns, or Bridal Accessories.
