Shrimp Scampi & NY Strip- combination of succulent shrimp scampi and tender New York strip steak served with twice baked potato and glazed carrots (+$)
Chicken Champagne- sautéed boneless Chicken Breast with creamy champagne sauce served with twice baked potato and glazed carrots
Cajun-Style Tilapia- Tender tilapia fillet blackened with Cajun spices pan-seared and sautéed alongside sweet peppers and onions served with twice baked potato and glazed carrots
Pork Filet wrapped in bacon- tender 7oz pork filet grilled to perfection w/jack bbq glaze served with twice baked potato and glazed carrots
Pasta Primavera- fresh garden vegetables tossed with pasta in a light herb, garlic, wine and oil sauce

Cherries Jubilee- Warm, flambéed cherries in a rich brandy sauce, served over vanilla ice cream for a classic, elegant finish.
